formed an all new organisation, Gates Unitta Asia Company to manage and
co-ordinate all our existing power transmission business activities in
Asia.Gates Unitta Asia will
combine all of our Group's capabilities, including R & D, manufacturing,
distribution and aftersales technical support, to give world class products
and services throughout all Asian countries. Gates Unitta Asia will
function as in integral part of Gates' worldwide power transmission
business, assuring all customers of a global capability unmatched by any
competitor.
